RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY  

RETURN POLICY

  • At Ramya Sanitaryware, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a simple 30-days return policy from the date mentioned on your invoice. 
  • We take every precaution to pack and deliver products safely. However, if your parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please **record a video while unboxing** and contact our support team via email or WhatsApp immediately.  Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • If you receive an SMS stating that your order has been delivered but you haven’t actually received it, please notify our team **within 24 hours** of receiving the delivery message or email.  be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Once your return request is approved, the process will be completed within **10 business days** from the date of your request. For any return-related assistance, please reach out to **Ramya Sanitaryware Customer Support**.  
  • Please note that if your purchase was made through another online marketplace, their respective return and refund policies will apply.
  • Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes:
    • Kitchen sinks with matte finishes
    • Shower drain channels with centre holes
    • Kitchen sink tap holes or RO hole.

REFUND POLICY  

  • Refunds will be initiated **within 7–10 business days** after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Only **unused and undamaged** products are eligible for a refund.  
  • For **cash-on-delivery (COD)** orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account. Bank details will be requested after your return request is received and approved, provided it is made within 30 days of the invoice date.  

CANCELLATION POLICY  

  • You may cancel your order by logging into your **Ramya Sanitaryware Account** within **24 hours** of placing it.  
  • Orders **cannot be cancelled** once they have been dispatched. After dispatch, if you wish not to keep the product, you may accept the delivery and then initiate a **return request** as per our return policy.
